Responsibilities:

• Responsible for freight procurement and tanker chartering in liaison with sales department, oversea offices, brokers and shipping companies.
• Handle import and export logistics operations to ensure smooth and punctual delivery of shipment.
• Ensure resolution of disputes and claims with suppliers, customers and shipping companies in respect to logistics operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers and shipping companies.
• Conduct research on chemical transportation market and develop transportation management strategy.
• Handle freight contracting and payment processing in full compliance with company’s requirements and policies.
• Prepare analysis and reports on disputes and claims resolution.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain or related discipline.
• At least 3 years or above of relevant experience in logistics management, Experience in chemical transportation is strongly preferred.
• Experience in tanker chartering and handling demurrage claim is strongly preferred.
• Independent, analytical, self-motivated, hardworking, organized and with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid experience in SAP/ERP.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is a must.
• Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing.
