Key responsibilities

• Perform the order processing for inbound and outbound shipments in terms of communication, scheduling, control, compliance as well as archiving and prepare necessary documentation
• Drive warehouse performance to achieve cost targets, develop action plans to improve productivities
• Ensure continuous improvement on logistics operating practices and procedures, communicate with Business Units to standardize and streamline the operations
  
• Coordinate with team members and assist manager to fulfil clients’ needs and requirements
  
• Prepare various operational and billing reports as assigned independently and accurately
  
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
  
• Working Location: Tin Shui Wai Warehouse

Who we are looking for

• Diploma holder or above in logistics or supply chain management
• At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics management, or fulfillment operation with at least 1 year in supervisory level
• In-depth knowledge in warehouse operation and management
• Mature, able to work independently and under pressure, effective communication skills, capable to communicate with people at all levels
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills are essential
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP system preferably
