Responsibilities

• Handle full set of shipping documents and perform the routine operations efficiently within service performance timings
• Effectively communicate with clients, overseas branches and/ agents;
• Handle Cross Border Truck service or Transshipment Feeder service from/to China
• Liaise and monitor with warehouse / trucker and other LCL services provider for their performance and ensure the smooth operations process.
• Consolidation CFS, CY booking and contact with overseas agents and customers

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• 6 years in operations field with hands on experience in handling full set of shipping documents.
• Strong in Automated Manifest System (AMS); Advanced Commercial Information (ACI) and ISF;
• Familiar with Latin America and USA markets are preferred;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Demonstrated ability in communication with strong leadership skills;
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, strive for excellence;
• Immediately available is preferred
