Job Description
1) Customer Services Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer’s enquiries, reports and communication with overseas offices
- Follow up overseas routing orders and booking from customers
- Work within SOP and quotations with overseas offices
- Handles all import and export shipments
- Co-ordinate with departments concerned on related issues
Requirements:
- Secondary Education or above
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in freight forwarding
- Experience in Aero Shipments
- Able to handle import & export documents
- Familiar with worldwide markets
- Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good computer skills in MS Office application
- Able to work under pressure and overtime
2) Air Operation Clerk / Logistic Clerk
Requirements:
- Secondary Education or graduate or above
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Airfreight forwarding company
- Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
