Responsibilities:

• Handle the warehouse and daily logistics operations to ensure a smooth operation in various loading and warehousing sessions
• Manage stock control by handling receipt, storage, retrieval and timely issuance of goods
• Formulate policies and set operating procedures for warehouse and logistics management
• Streamline operations workflow to achieve cost effectiveness. Build business cases to support any logistics changes or improvements. Drive cross functional support between logistics and cross-functional teams.
• Plan and facilitate monthly, quarterly, yearly cycle count to ensure 100% inventory accuracy
• Provide support in new project setup, import, system setup as required
• Monitor logistics warehouse operation and suppliers performance
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in logistics management & related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in warehouse operation
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Familiar with Logistic planning management, able to deliver solutions according to demands and requirements
• Knowledge in quality management system such as ISO and IMS policy
• Good computer skill Microsoft Excel and Chinese word processing
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Travel to PRC occasionally
• Honest and Reliable
• Immediate available is preferred
