Job Description
Job Duties:
- l Handle and follow up customer inquiries and shipment booking
- l Coordinate with overseas agents regarding cargo status of inbound/outbound air shipment & quotation
- Input Operation System data entry & filing
Requirements:
- l Minimum 1-2 years customer service/operation experience in Freight Forwarding Industry will be an advantage.
- l Good communication skills and customer-oriented.
- l Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- l Proficient in computer (Microsoft Office) skills.
- l Familiar with RAR Program, DG Awareness, E-booking Knowledge will be an advantage.
- l Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines.
- l No shift duty is required.
- l Immediately available is preferable.
