We are opening a Peruvian restaurant soon in H Queen's building, Central. 
The restaurant concept is Peruvian with modern twist by chef Virgilio Martinez.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ relevant experience in similar level
• Ensure high quality standard
• Preparing and producing all food items and general kitchen operations
• Ensure food production, quality and consistency are in accordance with recipes and standards
• Working experience in western kitchen
• Can follow orders and work under pressure
• Self-motivation, punctual with good team spirits and ability to learn
• Team player with positive attitude
• Fluent English communication required
