Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end closing, daily accounting duties and monitor the daily operation
• Prepare financial statements and reports to meet management requirements
• Prepare accounting schedules, financial variance analysis and expenses review 
• Prepare management reports, budgeting and forecasting periodically
• Work closely with internal parties on business operations and provide advice on process improvement
• Ensure internal controls, procedures and policies are in place
• Conduct risk-based financial, operational and compliance audit fieldwork
• Provide recommendations to management to strengthen the overall control

Requirement:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Accounting experience in Hotel & Serviced Apartment industry is preferred
• Degree holder in Accounting or Business related discipline with professional accounting qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of FlexAccount system
• Detailed-minded, numeracy with high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated and independently
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese
• Hotel operation with hands-on experience on Opera is an advantage
