Our client is one of the world’s most renowned leading brands in fast food chain restaurant industry, they are now looking for a high caliber candidate to join them as a Business Insight Manager.

Responsibilities

• To be the dedicated data owner and champion to drive data-driven insight across the company in particular in customer and sales analytics
• To lead the design and implementation of CRM and Loyalty program through quantitative analysis and market research and be the owner of ongoing CRM strategy and close partner with Digital and Marketing to drive best-in-class CRM program
• To exercise domain knowledge in digital and IoT analytics (e.g. e-Commerce, online delivery platform, omni-channel retailing) and be the key data partner in digitalization projects
• To independently design and execute ad-hoc and/or prototype analytics solutions leveraging statistical and advanced modeling on internal and external data sources (e.g. Digital, CRM, Transactions, Finance, Ops, etc.)
• To be a close partner with Finance and IT on implementation of business intelligence and various data visualization initiatives
• To work closely with internal stakeholders in designing an enterprise data warehouse and advise an optimal design most appropriate to this company from a user perspective
• To work closely with management to prioritize business needs and proactively seek alignment with internal clients to ensure effective project scoping and execution
• To stay abreast of industry trends and recommend timely solutions in advance analytics to expand company capabilities

Requirements

• Degree holder in Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar subject
• Proven at least 8 years’ relevant working experience with business analysis/data analysis/data visualization
• Technical expertise and hands-on experience in statistical modeling, data-mining and database design
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and proven success in driving effective inter-departmental relationships
• Equally comfortable being an individual contributor implementing solutions independently or working with internal and external partners
• Software/web development skills desired but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity and a stickler for drawing meaningful insight out of data
• Fluent in English and Chinese
