Job Duties:

• Handle members’ enquiries, complaints, registration of new members and renewals of existing members & reciprocal members.
• Conduct Club tours for prospective Members. Supervise the operation of the Administrative Office and assist in responding to members’ enquiries, verbally and in writing.
• Ensure accurate processing and respond of membership application; update and monitor daily membership system.
• Attend meetings, minutes taking and generate reports.
• Prepare Notices, Circulars and assist in Annual General Meeting proceedings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder of Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in membership management or customer service
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Strong organization skills and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
