Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle members’ enquiries, complaints, registration of new members and renewals of existing members & reciprocal members.
- Conduct Club tours for prospective Members. Supervise the operation of the Administrative Office and assist in responding to members’ enquiries, verbally and in writing.
- Ensure accurate processing and respond of membership application; update and monitor daily membership system.
- Attend meetings, minutes taking and generate reports.
- Prepare Notices, Circulars and assist in Annual General Meeting proceedings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder of Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in membership management or customer service
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Strong organization skills and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Immediately available is highly preferred
