Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Diploma holder
- 3-4 years experience in sales administration or secretarial support
- Previous experience in retail or FMCG industry is highly preferred
- Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Chinese WP etc
- Detail-oriented, energetic, self-motivated with proactive attitude
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing sales administration and secretarial support to Retail Manager
- Responsible for the preparation of sales analysis reports and database management
- Handle meetings coordination, travel arrangement and prepare minutes & agenda
- Perform general office administration duties and update leave & attendance record
