Responsibilities:

• A key leader to develop, implement and manage product portfolio, drive business strategies and pricing initiatives for EU, US & Asia Pacific markets
• To defined short term and long term strategic business planning in or to keeps business unite in substantial growth 
• Initiate and implement business plans, tools and opportunities delivering long term sales, profitability and growth targets in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder in B.A., Chemicals, Marketing or equivalent
• 5-8 years regional experience from multinational company; experience in focus full spectrum of business portfolio including product management & pricing strategies
• Familiar with EU, US and Asia Pacific is highly prefer; Asia Pacific experience is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proactive person with good analytical skills set plus willing to drive down into details
• Fluent in English and Mandarin / Travel is required
