Job Description
Position: Investor Relations Assistant – Native Japanese
Period:
- Start – June 11, 2018
- End – Sept 21, 2018
Hours
- First 1 month - Monday to Friday 8:30am-2:30pm (5 working hours + 1 hour unpaid lunch)
- Final 2 months - Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (8 working hours + 1 hour unpaid lunch)
ROLE
- Telemarketing – Job will involve significant time on the phone with Japanese speakers. Person must be comfortable and confident on the phone speaking at native language business level Japanese
- Translation – Written; English to Japanese, Japanese to English, for emails and invitations.
- Database management – Diligently managing updates and tracking changes in Excel and Salesforce. Attention to detail is required.
- Data acquisition – Independently research new companies and obtain relevant contact details through phone calls and internet search.
- International Team – Person will be fully integrated into a small team of young professionals spanning five continents, to grow professionally and personally.
LANGUAGES
- Native written and spoken Japanese
- Fluent English
