Job Description

Position: Investor Relations Assistant – Native Japanese

 

Period:

  • Start – June 11, 2018
  • End – Sept 21, 2018

 

Hours

  • First 1 month - Monday to Friday 8:30am-2:30pm (5 working hours + 1 hour unpaid lunch)
  • Final 2 months - Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (8 working hours + 1 hour unpaid lunch)

 

ROLE

  1. Telemarketing – Job will involve significant time on the phone with Japanese speakers.  Person must be comfortable and confident on the phone speaking at native language business level Japanese   
  2. Translation – Written; English to Japanese, Japanese to English, for emails and invitations.
  3. Database management – Diligently managing updates and tracking changes in Excel and Salesforce. Attention to detail is required.
  4. Data acquisition – Independently research new companies and obtain relevant contact details through phone calls and internet search.
  5. International Team – Person will be fully integrated into a small team of young professionals spanning five continents, to grow professionally and personally.

 

LANGUAGES

  1. Native written and spoken Japanese
  2. Fluent English

 

DESIRED SKILLS

  1. Past experience in telemarketing
  2. Past experience in working with events and delegate registration
  3. Past experience in financial services valuable
