Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing marketing plan for the Hong Kong & Macau market to drive brand and business objectives
• Develop and implement ATL & BTL marketing and communication initiatives including branding, advertising, media, PR, social media, promotion, CRM, digital, in-store communication, etc.
• Work closely with various departments, such as Buying, Retail Operations, Customer Service, IT to implement marketing programs that are in line with company business objectives. Provide guidance for shop staff to explain promotion mechanics to ensure smooth execution of shop operations.
• Analyze the effectiveness and ROI of promotion programs.
• From market intelligence and trends, propose insights and implementation plans to drive business & brand growth

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business and marketing discipline
• At least 5 years' solid marketing experience, preferably in fashion retail industry
• Passionate, creative and flexible in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Good team player with strong execution and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
