Duties:

• To achieve business objectives through attaining trade marketing KPI and managing key distributors
• Drive targeted promotions and optimize trade marketing budget with prompt and regular evaluation for all channels, including Key Account and General Trade
• Be the in-store category and shopper activation expert to work closely with brand marketing and channel sales teams
• Strategize promotion pricing, drive planogram enhancement and visibility of key brands
• Review and responsible for market intelligence collection process and drive shopper insights to build trade marketing strategy

Requirements:

• Marketing/ Business Administration degree holder with minimum 8 years of sales/ marketing/ commercial experience, of which at least 4 years of trade marketing experience
• Strategic-thinking, results-oriented and positive-minded, with a proactive working attitude and ability to work independently
• Demonstrable people management experience complemented with excellent planning and executional skills
• Excellent team player with proven effectiveness to work collaboratively with peers and external business partners
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in fluent English and Cantonese
