Job Description
What effort do you need to make?
- Responsible for HRIS project implementation /UAT /system maintenance and enhancement
- Investigate, trouble-shoot and resolve system-related issues
- Analyze users’ requests and perform configuration to support changing and new business needs
- Constantly review current internal work processes to improve work efficiency
- Perform regular review to ensure data integrity
- Work closely with users, IT department and system vendors
- Responsible for other compensation & benefits functions including but not limited to payroll, MPF, taxation, leave administration, new join and exit formalities, management report, etc.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Let’s check if you are…
- Degree holder in Information System, HRM or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant HR experience in sizable companies or in services industry, preferably with C&B and HRIS exposure
- Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
- Candidate with MRC and SAP SuccessFactors experience will be an advantage
- Proactive, quality-driver, resourceful and a team player
- Immediate available is highly preferable
