Job Description
- Perform routine financial functions such as general ledger, account payable and account receivables vouchering;
- Prepare cheques and bank payments;
- Assist monthly closing and prepare month-end & year-end schedules;
- Maintain filing system & clerical work;
- Assist in other ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines;
- 1 year general accounting experience is preferred;
- Computer literacy in MS office particularly Excel;
- Proficient in Cantonese and English;
- Good team player, well organized, multitasking, self-motivated, proactive, able to work under timeline;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
