Job Description

Job responsibilities:

 

  • Execute the management team's decisions on P&O initiatives in line with company’s business direction
  • Provide advice to the business partners on people development and talent retention 
  • Working closely with recruitment team on talent acquisition to meet business demands and P&O cost control
  • Manage performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunities
  • Propose market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement and retention
  • Execute the company-wide training and development strategies to cater for development needs 
  • Drive implementation of tactical day-to-day P&O processes across business operations
  • Manage deployment of P&O services delivery, systems and work tools utilization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable manner
  • Prepare periodical reports to provide validated P&O metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions
  • Drive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments 
  • Execute change management initiatives across the organization

 

Job requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration or Human Resources Management 
  • Minimum 8-10 years' of progressive human resources with exposure working in multi-national companies.  FMCG experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical P&O core functions
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results and problem solving yet flexible manner
  • Proactive, driven and resourceful
  • Able to handle multi-tasks in a fast moving environment
  • Creative, dynamic and self-starter capable to working independently
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills 
  • Well versed in Hong Kong labor law
  • Computer literate, well-versed in Excel and Power point
  • Demonstrate fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
