Job Description
Our client, an international bank is looking for a high calibre candidate to fill up the captioned position.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all round human resources functions including Compensations and Benefits, HR Recruitment Advisory and participate in HR projects
- Handle payroll, on/off boarding, benefits scheme administration, pre-employment screening and tax filing
- Support business partner in recruitment, employee engagement and performance management
- Collaborate with regional and HK HR team in implementing a diverse range of projects
Job Requirements :
- Tertiary education with 3-5 years relevant experience in bank or MNC
- Well experience in HR management principles and practices
- Problem solving, initiative, good communication skills and team player
- Good proficiency in spoken and written English
