Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing administration support for data entry / updating, document filing
  
• Responsible for providing support and co-ordinate for service job arrangement
• Co-ordinate service job arrangement with customer

Requirements:

• F.7 / Diploma or above with at least 1 years’ working experience
• Relevant Work experience in related field is prioritised
• Proficiency in MS office is required
• Fluency of spoken & written in Chinese and simple spoken & writing in English/Mandarin
• Proactive attitude, dynamic and able to work independently 
• Chinese and English typing (30 wpm or above)

職責：

• 負責文書處理（包括：資料輸入 / 更新，文件存檔）
• 負責安排 / 協調維修人員之工作安排
• 需與客戶聯絡及跟進工作安排

要求：

• 中七 / 文憑或以上學歷及具1年以上工作經驗
• 具有相關工作經驗或客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
• 熟悉中英文電腦操作
• 流利粵語，一般普通話，一般英語；懂中英文讀寫
• 積極、主動，能夠獨立處理工作
• 中文(倉頡/速成)或英文輸入每分鐘30字或以上
