Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
The Manager will report to the Head of Human Resources. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications and Required Attributes
- University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in HR management, preferably with HRBP or supervisory experience
- A self-motivated team player, multi-tasking, can-do attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate Manager, Human Resources
