Job Description
Churchill Finance is an European family office based in Hong Kong. To cope with our business expansion, we are now looking for high caliber candidate to join our team.
Administrative Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support, including but not limited to preparing documents, calendar management, scheduling meetings and coordinating events, travel arrangement;
- Office administrative, includes office environment, equipment maintenance, stationery stock control, etc.
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time by the Superiors
Requirement
- University degree or equivalent, with formal secretarial training would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility, self-motivated and able to undertake multi-tasks with deadline
- Proficiency in PC operations
