Senior / Customer Service Executive

• To handle corporate customers’ enquiries and requests in a tactful and timely manner
• To cross-sell and up-sell business products to corporate customers
• Shift duty

Senior / Sales Executive 

• To promote our Company’s services and products through telephone to satisfy customers’ needs
• 5-day work week

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Form 5 graduate or above with at least 1 year’s relevant working experience
• Strong interpersonal and selling skills with good telephone manner
