Responsibilities:

• This role will be reporting to IT Manager;
• Windows Server Configuration;
• Microsoft Window configuration and support;
• PC and laptop hardware 1st line support;
• End users, Desktop, Laptop, Smart Phone, IT equipment 1st line support;
• IT equipment;
• IT Support experience up to 2nd line;
• Network management;
• Email system management;
• Active Directory setup and management;
• Installing and configuring computer systems (Microsoft windows);
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
• Logging customer/employee queries;
• End users daily operation support;
• Conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments for IT installations in defined areas, and provide advice on the operation of elementary physical, procedural and technical security control;
• Take responsibility for own workload and keep others informed, highlighting potential problems and suggesting solutions to ensure continuity of service delivery;
• Promote and assist in the implementation of strategies, policies and procedures of IT Support Service; and
• Perform ad hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 1 year related work experience;
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Window Server platform and Microsoft Office;
• Outgoing personality with good people skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin; and
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
