- First level customer support: Hotline, Email, Onsite Support, coordination with Internal department;
- Provide user training;
- System QA, testing, and provide feedback;
- System user manual preparation and editing;
Requirements
- Education: Diploma/IVE holder; University graduate with a degree in computer science or related discipline is a plus;
- Experience: Customer Support, IT system and QA;
- General: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
- Office Location: Science Park, Shatin
Character
- Have interest in Finance and Technologies;
- Sincere, discipline, good phone skills and attention to details;
- Self-motivated, responsible, eager to learn and with positive attitude;
- A good team player, willing to compromise for achieving team goals;
- Good command of English and Putonghua;
- Good communication and people skill;
- Able to work under pressure and long working hours.
