Responsibilities:

• Supervise the department to support business initiatives and development, cover HK, Japan and Singapore offices
• Partner with business leaders to understand growth opportunities
• Identify, understand and track technology capabilities to meet the needs of our Investment Professionals
• Liaise and coordinate with global technology infrastructure, development and support functions to track local business requirements incorporation and prioritization as part of overall firm level planning
• Liaise with global technology infrastructure, development and support functions to understand and communicate technology strategy and product roadmaps to local business leaders
• Provide timely reporting to senior management on all projects and workflows
• Collaborate with senior team members in our headquarters to assist in resolving day-to-day issues
• Establish a set of policies and procedures specific to the region that minimise risk and ensure operational integrity
• Establish and maintain service level relationship with local and off-site technology service providers.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet established SLAs

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in financial institute, Asset Management and Investment Banking are definitely advantage
• Management experience is MUST, native English speaker is most welcome
• Strong skills in asset management or trading platform
• Good communication with business regional stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese plus
