Responsibilities:

• Work closely with users and developers to decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and specifications, documented at an appropriate level of detail suitable for used by those who must base and test their work on those requirements
• Work with business units and technical team to prepare contingency and disaster recovery plan for mission critical systems within the group
• Manage and coordinate with system developers for application development and enhancement projects,and follow IT standards for implementations
• Perform regular review on applications with business practices and needs to evaluate application enhancement and business process re-engineering proposals
• Perform regular audit to ensure application and standard operation procedures and are properly deployed and followed
• Provide consultancy to internal users on system and operation processes
• Provide end-user supports and training 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science o related disciplines plus at least 5 years related work experience preferably in apparel manufacturing
• Skills in Microsoft Dynamics AX and ERP implementation with similar position, preferably in garment industry
• Skilled in Microsoft Dynamics AX with emphasis on Production / Finance modules would be an advantage
• Has a sound understanding of the business processes to support business optimization through the use of technology and practices. Workshop and document business processes, specifically targeting improved practice
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with strong background in creating functional requirements and functional specifications at the level necessary to extend or customize existing applications and to build new solutions
• Experience in web development tools will be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical, presentation and reporting skills
• Must be able to perform work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and demands simultaneously
• Exercises a wide degree of creativity and latitude
• Traveling is required
