Job Description
Duties:
- Work closely with Sales Manager in the pre-sales activities
- Well understand the technical requirements of the clients and provide better solutions by recommending related services and products
- Liaise with clients to work out the project requirements, analysis, design and technical proposal
- Manage other service providers to plan and control the project cost, delivery quality and schedule as well implementation’s risk factors
- Assist the Sales Manager to maintain good relationship with clients and present the related proposal to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Holder in Information Technology or related IT discipline
- At least 2 – 3 years work experience in IT industry and with experience in telecommunications or networking
- Hands on work experience in technical design / solutions of telecom services / products, system implementation and integration
- Good presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Detail-minded, result-oriented and self-initiated
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Pre-sales Solutions Specialist
