Responsibilities

•  Day to day management of web analytics data requests
• Develop flexible and re-usable reports which the business can use to better understand product performance
• Identify & evaluate appropriate tagging standards for comprehensive tracking of users across both the web, mobile and other platforms
• Pro-active identification of issues with regards to web
• Advise on A/B testing hypotheses and approach given understanding of how website performance and business objectives
• Combine data from various sources to determine impact and effectiveness 
• Create and maintain key reports, dashboards and analysis utilising web analytics tools, SQL & Tableau
• Collaborate with the data warehouse team to ensure data integrity issues are dealt with

•  Significant experience within an analytical role with 3 to 5 years’ experience 
• Experience with website analytics applications  
• Experience in analysing every aspect of website user experience
• Expertise with Business Intelligence tools such as SQL & Tableau to assist with understanding website user behaviour
• Understand how to track Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay Per Clicks (PPC) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) campaigns
