Responsibilities:

• Responsible for demand research and analysis of information relevant to CRM, collecting and receiving IT demands from relevant departments, and preparing requirements documents and system implementation plans.
• Responsible for OA demands collection and summarization and liaising with the Group as well as vendors for the projects.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the email systems.
• Responsible for the demands collection and analysis of relevant websites of the company.
• Responsible for the program development, daily operation and maintenance, modification, optimization, design and other issues of relevant websites of the company, to meet the website
• Responsible for the daily maintenance, management and matters relevant to the trading systems (backup).
• Responsible for the draft, improvement and modification of department policies.
• Other tasks assigned by the superiors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline (Master degree is preferable).
• Technical certifications in operating systems, storage, networking, project management (e.g.PMP) and ITIL are preferred.
• At least 10 years’ experience in IT field with at least 5 years in Securities and Futures Industry.
• Good understanding of HKMA and SFC requirements and related audit procedures and guideline.
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Advocate “team-work” culture among team members.
• Strong desire to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese, Mandarin.
