Job Description
The Job
- Various Linux knowledge, Public/Private Cloud Administration, Maintenance, tickets, escalations, troubleshooting and Configurations
- Conducting automation process to streamline the monitoring process and new patches using Cloud technologies
- Incident handling – require ad-hoc incident reporting and management, escalation to upper management
- Working on new build projects components deployment to Public/Private Cloud
- Cloud migration for legacy platforms
- Collaborative effort with different departments to resolve the necessary issues
- Occasional travel required
The Person
- At least 2+ years’ experience in Linux administration, Design & deployment of cloud applications experience
- Knowledgeable in shell script or other means of system administration scripting technique
- Able to express and communicate in direct and technical perspective using Cantonese/English/Mandarin
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS) – Preferred, with AWS certificate will definitely an advantage
- DevOps experience in distributed / cloud based environments
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Engineer
