Job Description
Position Overview
Blackpeak is hiring an IT helpdesk/support to be based in our Hong Kong office.
The main responsibilities are:
- Perform quality operations support, installation, maintenance and testing
- Follow up and monitor open incidents
- Maintain IT asset inventory
- Provide documentation for systems and users
- Mobile user support
- Liaise with vendor
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks
- Knowledge in Office 365
- Basic network troubleshooting and system administration
- With experiences using/supporting MacOS will be advantage
- With 1 year working experience in IT helpdesk is a plus
- Well organized, self-motivated, independent
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin, both oral and written
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of clients and related information
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
