Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Building Services Engineering or any other related disciplines.
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License Grade B and Green Card
• Minimum 6 years working experience of building construction/maintenance, property management, facility management preferable in hotel industry (including 2 years of supervisory experience).
• Familiar with Hong Kong Government Licensing Regulations.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with local building, fire services installation and E&M regulations.
• Self-motivated, well organized, good management and supervisory skills.
• Good team leader/player able to motivate and lead the engineering team.
