The role is responsible for planning and supervision of a section of work within a construction project; managing equipment and manpower resources; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute the section plan; and monitoring adherence to safety and environment guidelines and regulations WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF construction of the assigned section as per high quality standards and within budgeted costs and timelines.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Civil / Building Engineering or relevant disciplines
• With at least 10 years’ experience with main contractors on large-scale  building projects 
• Experience in ABWF coordination is required
• Candidates must have a sound knowledge and understanding of complex construction methodologies.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Membership or association to recognized industry bodies or institutes would be desirable
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as a Sub Agent
