Responsibilities:

• Responsible of site management and coordination with clients,landlord,subcontractors clients and site staffs.
• Monitor site progress and ensure the works performed in required standard and quality.
• Monitor site conditions in a neat, secured and safety manner.
• Organize project documents for approval and arrange sample submission.
• Review with designers on updated site issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in interior fitting out.
• Experience in handling workers, contractors, landlords and suppliers.
• Experience in handling technical and managemet problems preferably.
• Good knowledge in building service.
• Good communication skills and good command of both spoken and written English and  Mandarin.
• Computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint,PhotoShop,Sketch up, AutoCAD, MS project preferable.
• Diploma or above.
• Business trip is required sometimes.
• Detailed-minded, hardworking and strong sense of responsibility.
• Immediate available is preferred.
