We are looking for a Project Coordinator and Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team at our Fortress Hill workspace. This role is very hands-on. Both roles will work directly with the Project Manager and/or Project Director to handle planning, coordination, budgeting, procurement, documentation, and reporting for commercial/office fit out projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Team in pre-contract and post-contract works
• Document review, Quantity Surveying, Bid/quotation preparation
• Communicate with Contractors and Suppliers for costing
• Tendering, quotation, variation order, cost control and settlement of accounts
• Ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget

Optional Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:

• Sourcing & procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures
• Create and track Project Schedules (prepare Gantt Charts, Critical Path Analyses)
• Generate Project Status Reports and maintain accurate Document Control/Version Tracking

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or Project Management
• Proactive, fast-leaning, and organized
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Skilled in English and Cantonese communication
• Fresh graduates will be considered
