Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set of accounts including accounts payable and daily operation;
• Accounts payable control and maintain proper documentation of financial records;
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including prepare vouchers and payments;
• Handle invoices, account statements and reports;
• Knowledge in Import / Export Bills handling is an advantage;
• Assist in month-end closing includes reconciliation and analysis preparation ;
• Perform Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant financial accounting, audit or commercial experience;
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Office;
• Good command in English, Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills;
• Detailed-minded, numeracy with high level of accuracy;
• Able to meet deadline, work under pressure;;
• Self-motivated, well-organized and with sense of responsibility
• Immediately available is preferred.
