To be qualified for the assignment, the candidate should have the following elements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related Disciplines
• Holder of EMBA or MBA will be preferred
• Over 10 years of experience in regional Taxation including Hong Kong and PRC
• Candidates with working experience in Big 4 firms, international companies or Hong Kong listed companies will have advantage
• Experience in dealing with tax matters in trading, distribution and manufacturing industries will be helpful
• Competent in formulating tax strategies and plans as well as executions so as maximize the benefits of the company in Hong Kong and PRC
• Good understanding and knowledge of the latest tax laws and regulations in Hong Kong and PRC
• Mature, conscientious, reliable and professional with good problem solving, analytical, communication and people skills
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Station in Hong Kong with occasion travel to PRC and other countries
