Job Description
Our Client is a leading Regulator in Hong Kong with offices globally in Asia and North America. They are looking to expand their compliance team and are currently looking for an AVP level candidate to join their team.
Responsibilites:
- Report directly to a team lead in the team and working closely with 1-3 other colleagues
- Review listing rules compliance and monitoring of the listing rules
- Further develop the department's Compliance and Monitoring procedures
- Perform onsite and offsite examination of various banks, securities, listed companies, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Risk/Legal or related discipline(s)
- 7-10 years experience in audit with a strong focus on IPOs
- Open to qualified lawyers in the corporate finance team and/or with IPO experience
- Open to candidates straight from Big 4 audit team and transaction advisory department
- Must be fluent in english, cantonese, and mandarin
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for VP level
