Accounting Supervisor (Full set Accounting)

~  Diploma or above in Accounting ~  4 years hands on experience in full set accounting

~  Deadline and detail-oriented

~  Competent in PC, email correspondences & MS Office applications

~  Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

~  Experience in using SAP is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities:

~ Responsible for full set of accounting (i.e. G/L update, A/R & A/P) and month-end closing

~ Prepare financial reports, Budget and Forecast

~ Review cash flow analysis, cost control, J-SOX and accounting policies

Accounting Officer (Payroll Administration + AP)

~ Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines

~ Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations

~ At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferable in Payroll Administration

Responsibilities:

~ Managing monthly payroll & MPF calculations (around 300 payroll)

~ Payment process of staff reimbursable expenses and vendor parables (A/P)

~ Maintaining and updating the data for staff benefits membership / entitlements/ reimbursed amounts, and commission
