Job Purpose

To maximize sales and profitability by taking lead in commercial terms discussion with all beauty vendors across locations, developing and managing overall sales plan by location, analyzing business performance and setting sales target by brand. Collaborate with other departments to deliver business unit objectives.

Commercial Discussion and Analysis

• Identify & negotiate best possible terms with 100+ vendors 
• Identify opportunities to grow and improve the business on sales and margin through thorough data analysis, give recommendations and implement action plan with the team 
• Ensure all vendor agreements are signed/ renewed on a timely manner

Financial Management

• Develop, prepare and communicate annual sales plan by location and by brand
• Monitor and analyze the business, prepare and present necessary reports, recommend necessary actions to the team

Relationship Management

• Work closely with the Sales Operations and Sales Marketing teams to drive, execute and follow through business initiatives to improve sales 
• Manage vendors to ensure strong partnerships are formed and maintained
• Plan and present to vendors on seasonal sales targets for mutual agreement

Future Planning

• Review the businesses regularly and identify opportunities for strategic expansion on brand level and on location level
• Support in presenting future plans and expansions 

Group/Company Projects

• Lead in Group/Company-wide projects that are related to systems and ensure projects are rolled out smoothly
• Conduct, review and standardize procedures and reports in reviewing Company business performance, and ensure alignment across all BU

Team leadership 

• Demonstrate and reinforce the company Vision and Values at all times and provide the necessary leadership to gain commitment from the team
• Monitor and review performance of direct reports and identify individuals who are ready for promotion or require performance improvement plans
• Take appropriate corrective action with team members who falls below standard
• Recognize, reward and celebrate success with the team
