Job Overview

This position is a junior accounting position in ECMS Southeast Asia Region, who work closely with the sales and accounting team in the Southeast Asia region (including South China, Taiwan, Hong Kong). The position will be based in Hong Kong, directly reports to the Finance Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations and sales teams on shipments and ensure accurate rates used for invoicing
• Issue invoices to customers
• Review accounts receivable ageing report, and accordingly, plan and execute collection efforts to meet monthly collection target
• Handle customers’ enquiry on sales invoices
• Provide clerical support to sales and accounting team
• Assist management to collect data for analysis and report purposes, and initiate improvement if appropriate
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and Experience requirements

• High Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Experience in logistics industry is preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
