Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for group entities
• Perform daily accounting functions such as prepare journal entries, vouchers
• Handle receipts, payments, expenses claims and intercompany transactions
• Prepare various monthly financial statements including the breakdown schedules
• Provide clerical and administrative support
• Liaise with bankers & auditors
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Higher Certificate / Diploma Holder in Accounting or equivalent disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in MYOB software, MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, able to work independently, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate availability preferred
