Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with overseas teams for month end closing and financial reports
• Analyze and report business performance of business units and identify unusual changes or issues
• Assist in preparation of group consolidation, interim and annual reports
• Assist in building business case / financial modelling for investment opportunities
• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters
• Assist in overseeing and prepare tax and statutory compliance matters
• Assist in developing and formulating effective financial / accounting policies and internal control procedures
• Perform any other ad hoc finance projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy / Finance or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of solid experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
