Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to handle all AR related matters
• Coordinate with internal parties including counterparts from other offices in the region
• Follow up of any invoice discrepancies to ensure in compliance with internal policies and procedures  
• Responsible to maintain and ensure accurate account receivable records
• Prepare of periodical account receivable reports
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• 4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting
• Proficient in MS office, MYOB, Quickbook accounting software
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Meticulous, independent and able to meet tight deadline
• A good team player with strong communications skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Keen to work in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic environment
