Duties and responsibilities:-

1. Daily bookkeeping, including but not limited to preparation of accounting vouchers, data entries and filing
2. Handle sales invoicing, including inter-company billing
3. Handle payment processing, including staff expense claims
4. Assist in month-end closing and management reporting, including entity financial statement and cashflow reporting
5. Coordinate with group companies for accounting matters
6. Assist in company secretarial job tasks
7. Assist in human resources and administration job tasks
8. Assist in internal audit
9. Liaison with banker and government bureaus
10. Ensure accounting procedure align with Group policies and regulations
11. Ad hoc projects or assignments

Requirement:-

1. Diploma/University degree in Accounting
2. At least 2 years accounting experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
4. Experience in accounting system
5. Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
6. Detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Occasional travel to China will be required
8. Immediate available is preferred
