Responsibilities:

• Supervise 5 team members to perform daily operations including account opening, client data processing and handling enquiries from sales
• Maintain and streamline operation procedures
• Ensure policies implementation and data quality in system
• In charge of internal and external audit exercises for DM related issues
• Work with other departments in Business Development, Marketing and Customer Relations on related projects
• Assist in system enhancement and testing

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business, Finance, or related subjects
• At least 3 years relevant working experience from Banking/Financial industry with solid supervisory experience MUST
• Self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandari
