A leading law firm is currently hiring a Billing Specialist to prepare and finalise client bills, reporting to the finance manager, and working closely with billing partners.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be working independently on all rounded invoicing matters including reviewing and updating the billing guides, liaising with the fee earners and their secretaries on the billing and settlement matters, monitoring the billing / accounting system, preparing the billing and AR reports and assisting in the month end and year end closing.

You will also be liaising with the US office, and direct communication with the legal professionals and members in related to any billing matters and enquiries will also be required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accountancy / Business Management / Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 4 – 5 years working experience
• E Billing system is an advantage
• English Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of professional billing procedures will be required
• Advanced Excel
• Elite Accounting System preferred
• Candidates with law firm / professional service background will be considered first
