ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE:

As an Accounting Associate your role is to perform daily accounting functions and utilize your accounts receivable experience while, maintaining our world class service experience. This role will be required to interact with staff and clients and possibly make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures. You may be required to assist in various ad hoc projects or assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set accounts and daily accounting operation, costing and monitor cash flow
• Supportinvoices and debit notes issuance to customers and other business units
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• Handle monthly and year ended closing
• Provide support for internal audits
• Liaise auditors for year ended audits
• Ad-hoc projects if necessary

Requirements: 

• Degree holder majoring in Accounting/Finance or above
• Alternative Saturdays
• Require travelling to PRC and Macau
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in accounting which at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage
• Proficient in MYOB accounting software and ERP knowledge is essential
• Proficiency in PC skills, MS office, Excel, Word and Chinese typing
• Good command of English and Chinese (Including Mandarin)
• Self- motivated and responsible, good communication skills and multi-tasked ability
• Immediate available is preferred
