Responsibilities

• Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and other capital raising activities
• Assist in assessing potential deals, such as preparing pitching materials and executing transactions and conducting due diligence
• Prepare listing documents and draft announcements and circulars
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange in connection with respective implementation of projects
• Keeping abreast of corporate developments, rules and regulations
• Assist in internal control, auditing, accounting and tax assignments
• Occasionally travel to the PRC and / or other countries
• Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration is preferred
• CPA or HKICPA student member preferable
• 1-2 years working experience in accounting firm, preferably with Big 4 experience
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility, hardworking and willing to learn
• Immediate available preferred
